    • Which came from hard physical training in the Korean army back in 1996; where he was also known as a champion within the soldiers.
    • Master Yong has now been practicing Martial Arts for 35 years and counting.
    • Master yong holds 5th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do an Hap Ki Do.he has been teaching for over 22 years.
